1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document is an official offer (a public offer) of the sole trader Zhorzheta Georgievna Konnova (hereinafter «the Seller»).
1.2. The offer is addressed to any natural or legal person (hereinafter «the Buyer») intending to purchase goods through the Seller's website or catalogue.
1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer is deemed to be the Buyer placing an Order for the Goods or paying an issued invoice.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them.
2.2. «Goods» in this offer means: MYRAZONIT soil inoculants, stubble decomposers, soil regenerators and other agrochemical products presented in the catalogue.
2.3. The Goods are intended for use in agriculture, including organic farming.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1. Prices for the Goods are set by the Seller and stated on the website or in a commercial proposal. The base price of the MYRAZONIT inoculant is 370 roubles per litre (the price may change; the current price is fixed on the invoice).
3.2. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Seller's current account.
3.3. The Buyer's payment obligation is deemed fulfilled once the funds reach the Seller's account.

4. PLACING AN ORDER AND DELIVERY
4.1. The Buyer places an order for the Goods through the form on the website or by telephone: +7 999 407-47-77.
4.2. After the order is placed, the Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the details and issue an invoice. 4.3. The Goods are delivered by a transport company to the address given by the Buyer, or collected by the Buyer (as agreed between the parties).
4.4. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer separately unless agreed otherwise.

5. LIABILITY AND RETURNS
5.1. The Seller guarantees that the quality of the Goods matches the certificates and the stated characteristics (microbial count, composition of bacterial strains).
5.2. The Goods are accepted by quantity and quality at the moment the Buyer receives them.
5.3. Complaints about the quality of the Goods are accepted in writing in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
